Thanks everyone. I may have taken the coward's way out, but so it goes. I bought them via BMI's web site, due to the lack of a courier fee and the fact the price was lower to start with. But I guess that means I'm relying on Canada Post. At any rate I have several months to sort that out.
I'm not sure why nonstop flights on BMI operated by Air Canada need paper tickets, but whatever makes them happy, I suppose.
