So I know that there is a 90 day waiting period, and one needs to have points in their account to transfer from Iberia>BA avios; but is there a waiting period or minimum amount needed in a new Iberia account in order to transfer from AMEX>Iberia. It has been a few days and although the transfer says it could be 4-7 days, my AMEX transfer have usually been nearly instant before.
