Must have been a codeshare on an AC non-stop flight ad BD does not fly this route itself. Had the fare still been there, booking on Destina would get you about 200 additional Aeroplan miles plus a bonus of 500 for your first Destina booking, if indeed it was your first. So for the extra few dollars, Destina would appear to make more sense.
