Checked out last week.
The pros:
Terrace Suite is great and loved having the terrace to enjoy.
The pool area is gorgeous though the pool is cold. Good pool service and comfy loungers
The spa/gym were well equipped and the comp massage was very nice
The view of the Andes is spectacular.

The cons:
Except for a couple of staff service was very poor.
Staff at the lounge seemed to disappear into the kitchen and never come back out again.
Took a long time to replenish items in the club including the self poor wines.
Front desk staff never smiled and gave very short answers when asked questions.
Very little attention to detail in the room. Wine glass taken away and never replaced, no tea cups in the room, water bottles not replenished. etc

I did not like the location at all as a tourist. Though in a very upscale neighborhood with beautiful apartment buildings and Parque Araca (sp?) the nicest and most upscale mall in SCL there is nothing of interest to a tourist nearby. So lots of Ubering around.

When you check in, if you look for it, you will see at the end of reception a list of "warnings". Take the warning about taxis very seriously. I was ripped off and while trading stories with others in the lounge, so was everyone else I spoke to.
