Does anyone know the presumably new current arrangement for crediting/earning Avios and TPs on an EI flight that is operated by BA?

I'm possibly due to fly on an ex-DUB itinerary to IAH via LHR. The LHR/IAH sector is shown as an EI flight operated by BA.

Can I use my BA exec club details for these flights?
