Not much useful to add, except that - in the past when I've been taking thro multiple mince pies and Christmas puddings - the security people have advised to always let them know that these are coming through whe you put your bag on the belt, so that the scanner operator doesn't see a Christmas pudding, your mobile phone, and your ipad cable all next to each other and put together 2 and 2 to make 5!
