Just landed about 6 hours ago having done LHR->SIN in F. I've only flown J on Etihad once , which was on their A380, but looking at the seats they are identical on the B787 too. So yes, definitely go F. Much better seat, service and food.

On our flight there was only 1 other person in F and on our flights home we are currently the only people in F.
