I think that depends on when the status is gifted. If you had gotten the rollover first and then the status gift, AFAIK DL wouldn't take back the rollover.
Still for the OP's question, with 20,000 MQMs at the end of the year (or even if over 25,000 MQMs if the MQD requirement/waiver for FO isn't satisfied), there will be no rollover.
