I guess it's one of those things where some prefer a harder mattress, while others prefer a softer one. Nothing much we can do about it, I guess, just pick the one that suits us.

I haven't done a long flight in it myself, but I did get the opportunity to check out the F seat. I agree that the differences between the J and F seats in these designs are rather minimal.
