I see.. well to make it short im not going to confuse myself with this one now.
The travel agency provided me my reference number. From all i know and from what he gave me as i told him i want to look and select seats and all that with online from home with my booking. He gave me the reference number

That reference number im able to log into qantas/finnair/airberlin of this 1 booking i have online.

I never came across to think (you will need a diferent reference number) to unable to see the seats on qantas website of the booking. I didn't new that unless your mistaken.

Early stage of this booking i call qantas they said they cant select a seat because this booking is by finnair. So i presume i will be able to SELECT a seat 48h to 24hour before departure its when i be printing out my boarding pass tickets from home and most probley able to then select a seat and look the live seat map. I think that's exactly what will happen.

The ideal of your thing saying you need to get a diferent reference number i never knew that.. I don't think it works like that because logical enough this is a one booking.

Reference number i have alouds me to see my booking if i visit qantas or finnair or airberlin website. Its not like you need a special reference number in order to view and select seats for qantas.

This booking may be diferent i don't no.. But i have a feeling i be able to select a seat by pressing the button that may work in 48 to 24hour before departure for qantas.

Currently if i go to qantas website of this booking all let alouds me to do is request (window) or a non window. I select at this stage a window. But that's all it alouds me to do without seen a map of the seats and or choose which seat yet.

So this is a one booking trip mainly by finnair. I already called qantas they told me you cant select. If not mistaken you can THEN select a seat 24hour before departure. It just works like that with this booking.

The rest of the other airlines already have selected a seat and i can change and all that whenever i want today leading to my departure. ONLY qantas won't let me and also qantas told me (your booking is run by finnair)

I don't thin you need a diferent reference.. I think your miss understanding me nux i think.

Otherwise if i wanted to select a seat qantas would have help me but they said you cant becuase this is a finnair booking. I am correct to this. In most cases i have a gut feeling you can select a seat by qantas 24hour before departure aniways. I will find out that on the day.

Anyhow moving on about the seat selection. I wish i knew the Finnair A350 if i new i would had jump on board to this one big time. Perhaps my next trip.
