The reason they took them off both my wife's and my account was because the Kiwibank vouchers are added to both accounts.
So you receive 2 vouchers but they are added to both accounts, I should have checked the voucher numbers and that would have given me the reason.
Now have had all the incorrectly taken ones and the ones taken out of date order reinstated.
