Has anyone been to this hot spring, close to NRT?

I was planning to take a taxi from Narita Keisei station to Yamato no yu, for an 8 hour stopover I have at Narita. Spend a few hours here relaxing and maybe get something to eat.

Any insights would be most welcome!
