Just completed a weekend stay here. Few things to say:

1. No breakfast for Plat unless you pick it as your welcome gift.
2. Room is very spacious even just standard room;
3. You do have to go through 2 elevators but it ran pretty fast and did not take me too much time for waiting.
4. Internet is very slow.
5. They participated in Make A Green Choice.
6. Very good location indeed - close to Michigan Ave and Nordstorm. However if you prefer closer to Loop, Westin might be a better choice.
7. In-room Bose system is awesome.
