Well, my wife has 3 names. Her Maiden name which she uses for business, her new married name and a hyphenated one. Biggest issue was actually changing names on her FF programs..

For travel, going hyphenated seems to be best. Most agencies understand the hyphenated. She tickets with her maiden name but docs are hyphenated. She's been doing this for 20 years travelling internationally.
