Thanks for the great advice, guys.

Does anybody happen to know if the TST promenade itself, is also closed, or is it just the Avenue of the Stars portion (ie the 'western portion' of the TST promenade from about the IC/Nathan Road, eastward) to just after Chatham Rd.
