To check in online you will need your Qantas booking reference, which should also allow you to select seats on your Qantas flights now. Your travel agent will be able to provide this for you, and help you select seats on your Qantas flights.
If you do not have this, you will not be able to check in online and will have to wait until you get to the airport to have a seat assigned.
I suggest you speak to your Travel Agent about this, they are the ones who can help you.
Somehow I think this is unlikely, although I can't imagine what else you could ask questions about since you've posted repeatedly about every aspect of your trip. A trip which you have done with the same airlines the previous year!

Not sure what you meant qantas booking number ? I have a reference number for all this one booking trip thhat i actually able to log into finnair website and also the same reference number works on qantas and air berlin.
Just because im going with qantas and the rest of the booking is run by finnair. Does not mean i have to some how have a diferent reference number to log into qantas only.
I already can see my booking either on qantas wbesite and finnair. But looks better and more option with finnair.
My booking is classififed as finnair all together.
I ahve selected seats already with the rest its only qantas that wont let me. Even if i go to finair page it wont let me select or view a seat on qantas and on qantas website the same problem. I am guessing i can select a seat 48 or 24hour before travel. Where i can log into finnair or qantas and just select the qantas seat there after. Thanks
