Looking at the schedules, Jan 3rd, 2016 is the last redeye. I fly between SEA & CHI regularly and that was my #1 flight choice. I took one last week and it was over sold.
My girlfriends red eye in April is still intact, departing 1105pm, midweek. Plane was swapped to a 757-300 so the demand must be there.
