One option if you want to stay in Kowloon near Tsim Sha Tsui and enjoy a harbourside jog is to stay at the Ritz Carlton or W (about the same room rate as the IC) and go to the West Kowloon Harbourside Promenade: http://www.westkowloon.hk/en/visit/west-kowloon-waterfront-promenade
