I would like to purchase a full fare business class ticket, despite the website states that C class tickets are fully flexible and refundable, I called to their customer service and was told that some taxes could not be refunded, but they are not able to tell exactly which ones. Has anyone requested a full fare ticket refund and tell if everything was refunded, including taxes?
