Not sure if this is the most recent thread on missing stays, but I am frustrated by my lack of progress on a missing 2 night stay.
I swung by the property as I was still in town 2 weeks ago and asked and they said "not their issue". Awesome service.
I have submitted online and no reply.
I have escalated and received an email requesting the reservation number again.
And now nothing for a week...odd?
It has been nearly a month since my stay and MegaBonus plus Plat requalification is my concern.
