Checked bag on a 'Classic' fare for domestic Spain

I see that a low 'Basic' fare is offered on the IB site with no checked baggage allowance. Are OneWorld Emerald passengers allowed to check a bag at no additional cost if flying on a 'Basic' fare?

PS. Although the headline says "Classic", my question really pertains to a Basic Fare
