Not being caught doesn't mean you didn't break the law? I've heard this argument before and just can't understand the thought process. The NASCAR-ization of life?

And I don't see how clothing affects "two people not in lavatory". They're still people, regardless of clothing status.


But this all assumes the initial premise is true - that 2 people in the lav is against the law. Where is that from?
