If you stay at the Renaissance, they actually have an "Aviator Package" or something similar. IIRC it guarantees a balcony room side with a good view of the ramps/runways on that side, a "planespotting" guide, and some sort of trinket (like plastic flight crew wings or something).
I'm pretty sure it's meant for kids, but Mrs. Lee and I quite enjoyed it when we overnighted there before an early morning flight.
