I have a stay coming up in a few weeks for a normal room, and I used a Diamond Suite Upgrade certificate to confirm into a Grand Suite. This won't affect anything regarding AMEX honoring the rate, correct? The rate shown when I login to Hyatt is some non-mistake rate, but I believe we have already confirmed that AMEX takes care of everything on the backend or adjusts it later. I have the original emails from AMEX with the mistake rate listed, as well as the email form AMEX confirming they will honor the original rate.
