I have never seen anyone being penalized for not taking the last leg of their booked itinerary.
my issue is im going to have to book a flight straight back from oslo to london. not sure what to do. can they have my bags offload at LHR? if so then i wont book a OSLO LHR flight to come back. totally pointless.
