You earn avios and tier points for flights you've flown - so you should be credited for OSL-LHR-HKG-SYD-HKG-LHR flights... though the agent at SYD may insist on checking your luggage through to OSL.

I have never seen anyone being penalized for not taking the last leg of their booked itinerary.
