First or Club World London City?

I have a trip to New York in a couple of months and need to decide between First or CWLC.

The price is the same for the I class fare (although for F I will have to add 20k avios). I have done the CWLC service earlier this year and loved it but never tried F on the 747 plus without those 210 TPs from the City service the decision isn't so clear cut.
