As long as it's the same day you can use the domestic lounge. I've never had any issues with the JAL dragons being difficult as long as you've got a connection from a first or business international ticket. It will also work the other way back as long as you're connecting to an international first/business ticket (on JAL/OW) you'll have access to domestic lounge at KIX.
