Just stayed here for one night after a few nights at the HR TST property. Reserved a Harbour View Twin, got upgraded to a two bedroom executive suite with one of the bedrooms locked up, harbour view. It's a nice big room. Checked in at noon with no issues, evening reception had excellent attentive service, good booze, and delicious hot snacks. In the morning, awoke to realize no coffee in the room like the TST property. I kind of expected a Nespresso machine or otherwise in a two room suite. Sure there was a hot plate, water boiler, microwave, fridge, and rice maker, but no coffee or coffee machine. Went up to the lounge at ~615a, but was sent away since the lounge didn't open officially until 630a. When asked where we could get coffee, lounge attendant instructed us to call room service. Ouch. Breakfast was good including made to order eggs and of course coffee. Overall would stay here again, but still prefer more central location. I'll just bring my own coffee next time.

One more thing - this hotel is very convenient to the MTR station. Maybe 2-3 minute walk from exit B of University station.
