I have a Revolut question... I loaded US$25 onto my Revolut card the other day. $25 does show up on my account balance, as expected. What wasn't expected was the $25.25 charge that hit my debit card. According to the Revolut FAQ, they do not impose any fees/charges for loading the Revolut card by a debit transaction.

Aha, you say! It's a 1% FCF, even though it was a USD transaction - Revolut is in the UK. Except my USAA debit card breaks out FCF fees and there is no such fee shown.

Any ideas?
