Maybe chase cards in general?

My IHG card (issued thru chase) - used once to to prepay $1k (the minimum spend within 1st 3 months for collecting points ) on our utility bill a few months ago - then used to hold a HIE room in Bend, OR last month.

Next day an $0.87 charge for a supermarket in South America. The physical card has never been in my wallet. Either our local utility has a data breach or the HIE booking system???

My Lainys and I have signed up for SMS alerts for every spend over $0.00 It's become something of a race (his android/samsung vs her IOS/iphone) as to who will get the alert 1st (90% of the time iphone wins!) Some of our friends don't agree with alerts for every spend. We find it re-assuring to know exactly when our card is being used.
