I was initially pretty excited about the new Costa Rica routes but the schedule from PDX basically requires overnights both directions and then I realized, from a mileage run perspective, LAX-SJO/LIR is basically the same as the west coast to Hawaii routes (with a LOT less hassle and taxes).
