As my previous post indicated, I stayed as HH Diamond. Unfortunately not only was no notice given on website or prior to arrival ... Hotel didn't even have printed material to explain the changes during renovation. Check-in staff were also clueless about renovation duration and also the complimentary meeting room benefits for Exec Floor. It would have been annoying if I had needed the feature.
I totally agree with you! I was there over the weekend and nobody told me anything during check in. I found out only when I tried to access the Executive Lounge floor (33) and was unable to do so using my room card, had to go down to the reception to rectify this only to be told that the lounge was undergoing a renovation and it has been reloacted to the lobby area. Quite disappointed with this sudden announcement.
