The entitlements you receive are prior to boarding (lounge, seat selection, fast track, etc).

On board you are entitled to use the facilities of the class in which you are travelling but don't think you can use or request them from over cabins. When I was a GCH I had a CSD come an introduce herself before one WTP flight and that was it, I may have read reports on here of some being offered a glass of bubbly but might be mistaken.
