Entitlements as a GCH flying WT/WTP

Obviously there are no set 'entitlements' at all.

Just wondering if you are a GCH, are there certain things you'd be allowed to have over other regular pax?

For example, last week when travelling back from IAD in WT, I'd completely forgot to buy a few bottles of water before boarding and I usually do this as I'm only occasionally in CW or F and I get very thirsty on planes.

Went up to Club asked the lady up there who told me she would bring me one. She enquired about my seat number and when I replied 70J- she appeared taken aback in horror, "Sorry love, this is Club Class, you'll have to head to the back and see if they can give you a small one." I traipsed back sort of embarrassed but also a bit peeved, it's a bottle of water for Christ sake. Anyway, they gave me a big one in the back after all that!

Of course, I never would say anything as it just comes across so snooty but part of me was very tempted to say, "can I speak to the CSD, usually as a GCH, they would offer me one anyway so I'm sure it would no problem."

I do perhaps look a bit youthful for a GCH so perhaps that's why, but I wasn't overly impressed with how that stewardess just sent me packing when clearly they had quite a few spares up there.

Wonder how far you can push the boat out as a GCH sitting lower down? Perhaps ask for a WTP meal in WT? Dessert from CW?
