I just had dinner with some folks who were upgraded to the club floor at the Santiago Sheraton. First the club turned out to be open only two hours a day. Then it turned out that only one of the clubs was open, the one in the other tower. All in all, they didn't have much cause for complaint because they weren't charged for the upgrade, but it wasn't worth anything either.
