An additional benefit of staying at the club floor can be access to a meeting room and related equipment. If this really is a benefit for you depends on the property (not all properties provide them) and on the purpose of your visit.

In a previous job I had to travel to Seoul, South Korea very frequently (at least once a month). I always stayed at the Ritz Carlton (Kangnam area) at the club floor. With access to the lounge came free access to the meeting room which was attached to the lounge. Officially this free access was limited to 1 hour a day, but if available they would give it to me as long as I wanted.
I scheduled as much as possible meetings in there: it would save me a lot of time (traffic in Seoul is horrible, the worst I've ever seen) and most meeting partners really liked having a meeting at the Ritz...
My company saved money since renting a meeting room + equipment in a hotel is very, very expensive.

BTW: added benefit of that specific lounge: free booze and good food througout the day.
