Completed a stay 3 weeks ago with the 5000 bonus points, but still have not received them despite 2 emails sent to the GM and another specialist from starwood vacation, no replies from any at all.

As for the stay itself, the unit was great and everything was good. They invited me for the presentation for additional points (5k) and I went, but did not purchase anything as I wasn't sure about the SPG/Marriott futures.
