Seems slightly unreasonable, but they are within their rights I suppose.

Are you calling the Silver line? Maybe that will make a difference?

Or call back and try again? And ask for a supervisor if they do not budge?

Edit: Also check - is there space on the LHR flight? Maybe that's why??
