The price into BA is actually higher than from BA to EZE airport, both remis and taxis.

The best deal you can get is from radio taxis which charge 27 pesos, includes the two tolls, from any BA location to the airport. Not a bad deal for 8 dollars.

BTW, I just came back from BA and noticed many of the shops that refused to take CC a few months ago, are now accepting credit cards.

Also, the only crime you'll experience is people trying to get close and pick your wallet. Use common sense. I went to the Monumental (River Plate stadium), a very dangerous place and noticed the stares from people trying to pick my wallet.

When you're in the city, and beggars will know if you're a foreigner, they will approach you and literally stay with you until they get some money. Just beware !!
