I used hanoitransferservice.com for transport to hotel. Fee is 16$ and return would be 12$. So very reasonable. Reliable too.

Staffs at the lounge are very welcoming. Upgraded to 721 square ft. Executive Suite from cheapest category room with cheap brg rate.

Got welcome letter from GM M. Taguchi with bottle wine and fruits, thanks to my wonderful ambassador :-)

Platinum benefits include breakfast at lounge, alcoholic beverages until 8 PM, 3 pressings per day, free local calls, fax, etc.

So pretty good so far :-)

Update: wow I'm impressed, a minute ago Mr. Masa the GM came to the lounge to introduce himself. Very friendly guy. Said that he heard ( I guess from my ambassador) that I like to be called by my nickname, and so to call him Mr. Masa as well as that is his nickname.
