What a disappointing colossal waste of time and £125 for a failed experience for my mother's trip through Heathrow. I booked her a personal Meet & Assist through Heathrow Premium Services provided by ARL, the official LHR airport vendor, and reconfirmed it so that she would have a hassle-free experience connecting from her international BA F flight to BUD.

The ARL agent never bothered to show up. My mother called the main phone number and was told they were very sorry. A man showed up 20-25 minutes later long after all of the passengers had deplaned and were well on their way. Heathrow Porter, Meet & Assist, VIP Buggy failed at the basics and only created a hassled, confusing experience for my mom.

A simple refund would be nice but have not heard back from them. Never again. Total fail.
