I'm having a smoother connection on Mac/iOS in MLL too. Since earlier this year. No longer interrupts the connection to ask for a validation, or something.

I also had a problem previously with Datavalet being blacklisted by my work email system, so I could only use webmail, not the email client, but that was on the work side and they've fixed that.
