The Tropics bar at the HHV has a good TV set up at the bar, but drink prices are pretty high (if that is a consideration). There is a Buffalo Wild Wings very close to both the HHV and the DoubleTree. But probably my favorite place is Cheeseburger in Paradise, which is also very close, with an open air feel and fantastic happy hour.

I haven't stayed at the Hilton or ES, so can't help with that area too much (although they are aren't too from the HHV or DoubleTree).
