I believe the only instant fix is to not play games when loading here, one load then live to fight another day. I've had a load fail and go right back to card and I've had to wait a month to get my funds back from FD. Neither time did I re-swipe the card. I believe it all has to do with how the CSR reverses the transaction. The time I got the funds back she went through many steps to reverse the transaction where as when funds were held the CSR just voided the transaction.
