Not if you went for this card, assuming you don't already have an Australian Amex. You'd need to spend $200 in Priceline and the first year's fee would be waived, yet you'd still get the free flight and 15,500 MR points (13,500 bonus + $200 x 10 on spend). There's still a delay between applying, getting your card and spending though, so there's a risk that availability will be gone before you can grab it.
