I am travelling to Toyko (Haneda) between Christmas and New Year with the other Mr Stoemp and two friends in F. It is a 1045 take off and 0730 landing which on the face of it bodes ill for jet-lag. I just wondered if BA treat this as a 'day' flight (since it doesn't get to bed-time in London until we are due to land in Japan) or whether the CC expectation will be lights down after the lunch service. Since we are all travelling on BA Miles and companion vouchers the temptation to stay up for most of the flight is likely to be fairly strong. Equally, in the absence of sleeping tablets I'm not optimistic that sleep will be a realistic possibility in any event. If any frequent flyers on this route have any tips on how to play this one it would be much appreciated. Thanks.
