On flexible fares, always.
During IRROPS, always.
Otherwise, I don't think I've ever had it.
The closest was during EYW, where the IRROP had technically been on a different PNR the previous day, but the result was that I had 3 hours of sleep instead of 6, and I wanted to finish the day early. But I still consider that to be IRROPS.
