Do we think that since the new CEO is from Vueling that the new BA business model is really further down the LCC route? I don't believe they can, or should, ever reduce their cost base to that of Ryanair or EasyJet. The operations are too dissimilar to BA.

I believe there is a market for full service airline and I for one am prepared to pay a premium for it. However, I am not prepared to pay the premium but not get the service and that is the problem Alex will face if solely concentrating on the costs side. BA has already gone too far in that direction, if you ask me.
