CMB-HKG-JNB return. back to Australia is rather more obscure due to Lunar New Year.

Australian passport holders can enter for up to 90 days with out a visa.
I plan on spending a couple of days on the return leg. I spent 10 days in SA in 1983 so I suspect it has changed a bit since then
